Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Director of Fitness & Rehabilitation Services position.

  • In-house program
  • Primarily a management position
  • Salary with 65-75% therapist productivity benchmarks
  • No mandated group treatment for therapists
  • Specialized on-site training (chronic pain, vestibular rehab, pelvic health, and more) provided during work hours with CEUs
  • State-of-the-art rehab gyms
  • Multiple patient types: inpatient, outpatient, and home health
  • Clinically focused, patient centered treatment decisions drive our programs

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and overseeing the Rehabilitation Services and Fitness Departments to include staff utilization, budgetary responsibility, internal marketing, support of well-being programs, departmental and regulatory compliance, and performs other related duties as required. Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a rehabilitation discipline (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology); Master's degree is preferred
  • For SLP candidates, an active Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) is required
  • Minimum of three years' direct patient care experience
  • Minimum of one year' management experience
  • Thorough knowledge of Medicare and third-party billing

Pay Range

$89,000.00 - $127,000.00 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
