Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our POOL Occupational Therapist (OT) position.

 

  • In-house program in a friendly slower paced community environment providing holistic care, including prevention
  • Salary with 65-75% productivity benchmarks
  • No mandated group treatment
  • Specialized on-site training (chronic pain, vestibular rehab, pelvic health, and more) provided during work hours with CEUs
  • State-of-the-art rehab gyms
  • Ability to build relationships by following patients across a continuum of care through inpatient, home health, outpatient, and fitness
  • Clinically focused, patient centered treatment decisions drive our programs
  • Positive leadership philosophy that gives our therapists opportunities to provide input into programming, systems, and creative idea sharing

In this role, you will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services to residents, including evaluations, planning individual treatment programs and goals, actual treatments, discharge planning, and performing other related duties as required. Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Valid Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered
  • Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment is preferred

Pay Range

$72,000.00 - $90,500.00 / year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
