Acts Home Services (private duty agency) is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) PRN to join our team and provide exceptional care to residents within our beautiful senior living campuses across Montgomery, Bucks, and Delaware counties in Pennsylvania. What Will You Do?

• Serve as the case manager, coordinating and providing nursing care with clinical oversight. In addition, you will supervise the work of CNA’s, HHA’s, etc.
• Deliver compassionate care to residents across all levels of care within our CCRCs.
• Foster a community where residents thrive.

Requirements:

• Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Experience in Home Services (private duty) is preferred
• Current or eligible for certification in CPR
• Reliable transportation
• Proof of automobile liability insurance and valid state driver’s license if transporting a resident
