Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Senior Manager of Community Sales & Marketing position for our two beautiful, gated communities located in Media, PA.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the marketing strategy and sales efforts of our resort-style community, while striving to maintain full occupancy and a strong waiting list.  The sales team also works closely with our corporate Sales & Marketing Department to create a community specific strategy aligned with company goals and community needs.


The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Completion of a bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Minimum of five years' sales management experience
  • Experience in developing targeted marketing strategies to specific audiences
    to generate new leads
  • Strong communication and presentation/public speaking skills
