Park Pointe Village is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Executive Director position.  Our beautiful, gated community is located in Rock Hill, SC.


The Executive Director is directly responsible for the complete administration of the community.  Specific responsibilities include assuring compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations, acting as a public relations liaison with the greater community, assuming budgetary responsibility, maintaining the appearance and operations of the physical plant, and safeguard provisioning of all daily service to residents consistent with the Acts mission statement.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience within a retirement community or similar environment in a management position, preferably as a Nursing Home Administrator
  • Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license is preferred
  • Work experience should show progressively increasing supervisory and budgetary responsibilities with proven track record of success in leading other CCRC community operations
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to oversee maintenance, construction projects, and capital expenditures
