Matthews Glen is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Line Cook position.
You can enjoy the energy and creativity of a restaurant kitchen while working one of two consistent full-time shifts: 6:00am-2:30pm or 11:00am-7:30pm.
Our campus features five distinct dining venues, including a bistro, pub, deli, and two table-service restaurants. Each offers its own atmosphere and menu, with food prepared to order much like you would experience in a traditional restaurant. Depending on the assignment, you may work in one of these restaurant environments, preparing made-to-order meals and helping create an enjoyable dining experience for residents and their guests. This is an opportunity to continue doing the restaurant work you enjoy without the late-night closing schedule.
Why cooks choose senior living:
If you have restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume cooking experience and want to keep working in a true restaurant-style environment with a better quality-of-life schedule, we would like to talk with you!
