Acts Acquisition & Development Company is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Construction Laborer position.

In this role, you will work with hand tools and power tools to perform construction projects.  Responsibilities include demolition, framing, concrete, drywall, insulation, trim work, painting, and flooring.  Responsible for loading, carrying, and prepping material and supplies, as well as routinely cleaning and securing the job site.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or construction related field
  • Understanding of blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
  • Knowledge of building codes and safety requirements (OSHA)
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
