Acts is currently seeking an experienced, proven leader for the position of Senior Vice President - Real Estate Development.
In this role, you will work directly with the Executive leadership team to establish vision and plans for real estate development and expansions. You will take leadership responsibility for implementing and managing approved property development and expansions across the entire organization. You will be responsible to manage and coordinate activities and negotiate with representatives of real estate, private enterprise and industrial organizations, and community leaders to acquire or lease real estate. You will participate in the evaluation and decision-making process related to acquisition and development of new campuses. You will support the Property Management leadership team in developing a cohesive and integrated planned capital improvement program and establishing policies and quality standards to maintain each campus.
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in construction engineering, architecture, or other relevant area of study
Minimum of ten years of diverse but related construction and property management experience showing progressive leadership responsibilities
