Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Sales Representative position.


We are looking for a goal-oriented, empathetic, and curious person looking for an opportunity to gain experience in an inspirational, growing industry where you will positively impact the lives of seniors. Recent college graduates and individuals with a background in hospitality, dining services, customer service, or financial services are welcomed!

Under general supervision of the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a fully occupied community and strong waiting list assuring high occupancy into the future.  The sales team also works closely with our corporate Sales & Marketing Department to create a community specific strategy aligned with company goals and community needs.


The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or related field is preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and presentation/public speaking skills
