Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Regional Clinical Director position. This position requires both an active RN license and an active NHA license.
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, developing, implementing, and evaluating the various resident health services in the assisted living, skilled nursing, and wellness suite at the communities within the assigned region. Conducts routine quality assurance reviews for resident care and compliance in each community. Serves as a clinical and administrative resource. Monitors and assists communities with departmental budgeting and financial performance related to census, staffing, scheduling, turnover, and expense management. Coordinates and conducts the annual pre-survey process for the region’s assisted living residences and skilled care centers. Assures all clinical programs are in compliance with Federal and State regulations.
