Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Construction Estimator.
The Construction Estimator will generate and manage cost estimates required for budgeting, pre-construction and bidding efforts. Estimates vary from conceptual to full guaranteed maximum price estimates to lump sum hard bids. Ability to complete full quantity take-offs to support accurate estimates for all disciplines in commercial and residential projects, including, but not limited to civil and site work, structural, concrete, metals, casework, doors/windows, building skin, finishes, specialties, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical. A complete understanding of the interrelationship of the cost of labor, material, equipment, and productivity must be applied to develop complete estimates.
